Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://path2acceptance.com website operated by Path to Acceptance LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This website and all mobile applications and content material sold and personal consultation and guidance are considered the service (“Service”). Anyone that is applying to physical therapy (PT), occupational therapy (OT) or speech language pathology (SLP) graduate school and works with me and the work will be done in the best interest of the applicant (“Client”) and not the payer if the client is not the payer.

  1. You acknowledge that you the applicant and Client, will write all essays and application materials, and are responsible for all aspects of the essays, resumes, and/or other documents. Path to Acceptance does NOT write, draft, compose, or complete essays, and it does not “put notes together.”
  2. You will not hold Path to Acceptance, its officers, editors, and representatives liable for any denied admissions to any undergraduate, graduate or professional program or school or any denial of employment.
  3. We have made NO representations about what our service will do for your chances of admission to any undergraduate, graduate or professional school or program or for your chances of employment at any institution, corporation, business, or government agency.
  4. “Custom Admission Packages,” Application-Packages must be used between time of purchase to one year after the day of your 1st school application submission. Consulting services after one year of 1st school application submission may result in additional charges.
  5. Fees paid to Path to Acceptance LLC are non-refundable.
  6. No refunds will be issued in the case that Client decides not to apply to therapy grad school.
  7. While we are happy to explain our services to parents or other potential payors, Accepted does not work with parents, siblings, or other applicant proxies. Our Client is always the applicant.
  8. A business day is considered every official working day of the week. Another common term is working day. Typically, these are the days between and including Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays and weekends.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content

Our blog allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). In addition, individuals, schools, and corporations may reproduce articles from this website for use on their websites provided they attribute the articles to Path to Acceptance LLC, do not alter, transform or modify them, and maintain all links contained in the article.

You are responsible for the custom admission package(s) that are sent to you after the order and this package is not to be reproduced or distributed via email sharing, printing, photocopying, or similar methods. Readers may not publish parts or all of this package without prior written permission of the author, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in published reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Path to Acceptance LLC.

Path to Acceptance LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
